Returns or exchanges due to change of mind will not be accepted. Should you receive your order and the item purchased is faulty or damaged you must contact us with 7 days of receipt of the parcel and advise us of the circumstances and forward photographs of the damage to email@example.com. In the event goods are damaged by Australia Post or the courier company we will lodge a claim on behalf if you have opted to use a service which provides compensation for losses. The damaged goods must not be disposed of until the claim is resolved satisfactorily for both parties.
Should the return or exchange requested be for an article of clothing or shoes the item must be returned in “as new” unworn condition, with all tags attached and in the original shoe box or branded packaging. No refund will be processed if this condition is not adhered to. Please ensure all care is taken once order is received, particularly when fitting clothing and shoes must not be scuffed or dirtied on a hard floor.
Any unauthorised returns will not be processed or refunded. All return delivery fees are the responsibility of the purchaser/client.
