Your personal details will never be sold, exchanged or disclosed to any third party unless required by law. Any information submitted will be used solely for the purpose of processing your purchase from the Vada Creations website.

Email information submitted may be used from time to time for marketing purposes, sales and promotions. You may unsubscribe or ‘opt-out’ at any time by emailing us at info@vadacreations.com.au with subject title “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line and your information will be removed immediately.

By placing an order at www.vadacreations.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database.
Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your parcel by the appropriate authorities of the destination country. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and not included in your total purchase price. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.

Payment Facilities

We accept payments on line via credit card, Visa and Mastercard (excluding American Express and Diners Club)
Collections from our showroom can be paid via Eftpos or by cash.

Orders will be dispatched once funds are cleared.

Ordering Policy

Orders can be placed electronically online or by emailing us at info@vadacreations.com.au.
Placement of an electronic order does not signify acceptance of your order by Vada Creations, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Vada Creations has the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. If the item you have chosen to purchase is out of stock we will advise you within 48 hours. Should Vada Creations be unable to supply you with the total number of items you have requested in your purchase, we will advise you within 48 hours.

All efforts are made to advise clients of the availability of stock however, products may sell out or a third party may be unable to supply an item without our knowledge. These situations are unavoidable and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set out in our ordering policy.

Special orders, customised orders and personalised orders cannot be cancelled and no will refund will be processed. A deposit will be required for all such orders. Minimum ordering time for special orders from overseas is four (4) weeks.

All efforts will be made to deliver your order on time, however, Vada Creations will not be held liable for any loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
